- The section of the Utah State Archives and Records Service which provides records management education and services to Utah's state and local government agencies. Records appraisal and scheduling is the cornerstone function of Records Analysis' responsibilities. Analysts will travel to specific offices to conduct one-on-one training, hold regional training sessions, and basic training (offered monthly) for new records officers.
