EdgeSync synchronization

The task or process that the Microsoft Exchange EdgeSync service performs to propagate data from the Active Directory directory service to the subscribed Edge Transport server. Configuration data is synchronized once each hour. Recipient data is synchronized once every four hours. See also: Edge Subscription [Exchange 2007]
