The percentage of time a channel was available for use in a specified period of scheduled availability. Note 1: Channel reliability is given by equation 03
where T_o is the channel total outage time, T_s is the channel total scheduled time, and T_a is the channel total available time. Note 2: T_s = T_a + T_o.
