County Election Commission

The group that appoints, monitors, and may fire a county Elections Administrator (EA). Board membership is composed of the county judge, county clerk, county tax assessor-collector, and the county chair of each political party. Given the role of the board, the county clerk is not replaced by the EA once an EA is appointed (unlike with the County Election Board).
