The court docket in Superior Court is a document prepared by the Prothonotary's Office which lists the paperwork filed with the clerk's office in the case, and generally describes the judicial activities in a case. The court docket normally accompanies the transcript of the record of a case to the Delaware Supreme Court on appeal. It is also used by courts and agencies in other states, and by the Federal Government as evidence of the status and disposition of Delaware criminal charges.
