multipulse test signal

A test signal consisting of a white flag, a 2T pulse, and modulated pulses. The modulating frequencies of the pulses correspond to the frequency packets of the multiburst portion of the combination test signal (with the exception of 0.5 MHz), superimposed upon standard synchronizing and blanking signals.
