(1) Costs that are not proportional to the number of units produced. (2) A one time cost that will occur on a periodic basis for the same organization. Nonrecurring costs include preliminary design effort; design engineering; and all partially completed reporting elements manufactures for tests. (3) Training of service instructor personnel.
