A store for a sequence of packets, or messages, which are waiting to be processed. A transmit queue for instance is a store of packets waiting to be transmitted. A Congressionally mandated program to provide surrogate launch vehicles in support of the Northern Edge exercise in 2001 and 2002. In addition the QRLV has participated in several experiments for various users.
