Xen

Xen is an open source implementation of virtualization that is freely available at www.xensource.com. It has been adopted by a number of different Linux distributions, including Novell's SuSE Linux Enterprise Server.

Xen is a paravirtualising virtual machine monitor, developed primarily by the Systems Research Group at the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory. XenLinux Official name for the port of the Linux kernel that runs on Xen.
