Element Capability Specification (ECS)

A document that identifies the element-level BMDS capabilities and specifications necessary to achieve the system capabilities identified in the SCS. The ECS further defines the SCS-apportioned mission/technical performance capabilities and allocates these capabilities to the elements components.
